Adjustable Tracks and Side Loading Ramps

One of the most versatile features of the lift is its adjustable tracks and removable loading ramps. The track width can be changed to better match different equipment, while the ramps may be installed in several positions around the lift to accommodate different loading methods.

Why Side Loading?

Many owners find side loading especially convenient when space in front of the lift is limited. The removable ramps provide flexibility for different shop layouts and make loading and unloading easier.

Before Making Adjustments

• Unload the lift completely.
• Lower the lift to its fully lowered position.
• Make sure the work area is clear.
• Never adjust the platforms while equipment is on the lift.

Adjustment Procedure

Follow the adjustment procedure described in the current installation and operation manual supplied with your lift. The manual provides the correct sequence for repositioning the platforms and securing them before returning the lift to service.

After the Adjustment

• Verify both platforms are securely locked in position.
• Confirm the equipment is centered on the lift.
• Raise the equipment a short distance and verify stability before lifting to full height.
