SHIPPING AND SALES TERMS
FOR TARGET LIFTS INTERNATIONAL, INC.

PAYMENT: Payment will be by Credit Card, Mailed Check, Certified Check, or Faxed Check. Target Lifts International, Inc. accepts American Express, Visa, Discover and Master Card. All pricing is F.O.B. shipping point. Freight charges to your destination will be added.

Prices and specifications in this website are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors. All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY: Goods cannot be returned without written permission from Target Lifts International, Inc. Contact Target Lifts International, Inc. for shipping instructions and to obtain a return authorization number. A 20% handling charge shall be made on all goods returned, as well as reconditioning charge if required, as determined by Target Lifts International, Inc. Any charges that may iccur due to damaged merchandise and missing parts will be deducted from credits owed to customer.

Any goods returned without Target Lifts International Inc.'s permission will be refused. Freight charges for returned shipments shall be the responsibility of the customer. All merchandise returned must be packaged securely and shipped freight prepaid. Target Lifts International, Inc is not responsible for equipment damaged while being returned.

ADDITIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES: Many companies offer no more than the standard freight service. We know some shipments are time-sensitive or require special handling. So we offer the following added cost shipping services if you need them.

• GUARANTEED DELIVERY WITHIN ONE HOUR OF ANY TIME BETWEEN 8AM - 5PM ON THE STANDARD DUE DATE.
• GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY 12 NOON ON THE STANDARD DUE DATE.
• GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY 5PM ON THE STANDARD DUE DATE.
• LIFT GATE DELIVERY
• NOTIFICATION 24 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY DATE.
• RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY.
• CONSTRUCTION SITE DELIVERY.
• TERMINAL PICK-UP.

ROUTING SHIPMENTS: Unless a preferred routing is specified on your order, shipment will be made best way (sea, air or rail freight, express, commercial truck, parcel post, united parcel, or other way), transportation charges collect or added to Target Lifts International, Inc. invoice.

INSPECTION: All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. Title passes to consignee at time shipment leaves the dock and carrier is agent of consignee.

FREIGHT POLICY: For orders outside the continental U.S., please call for special rates. It is the buyer's responsibility to unload the freight at their location. Target Lifts International, Inc. takes no responsibility for additional charges of any kind that may incur related to, or involved with, the renting or acquistion or equipment of any kind neccessary to unload items off a delivering carriers truck. An additional charge will apply to all residential deliveries or for liftgate services.

PACKAGING: All items are packaged for domestic shipment. Additional charge is made for special crating, and crating for maritime shipment. Contact us for special handling requirements and pricing.

DAMAGED GOODS: Do not accept any items delivered by the carrier unless they are in perfect condition. In the case of any damage, the carrier's agent must make the proper notation on the delivery receipt. Do not sign until this is done.

YOU, AS THE CONSIGNEE, MUST MAKE APPLICATION DIRECTLY TO THE SHIPPER/CARRIER FOR ADJUSTMENTS FOR ANY DAMAGED GOODS, CONCEALED OR OTHERWISE.

CONCEALED FREIGHT DAMAGE: Should shipping damage not be discovered until after the items are unpacked at your location, a damage report should be made AT ONCE to the carrier whose agent will make an inspection and a "concealed damage" report. Unless this is done, all items repaired or replaced on account of damage shall be at your expense. Target Lifts International, Inc. cannot be held responsible for freight damage for goods which left its shipping point in perfect condition and was so signed for by the carrier.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Lifts designated as "specials" or "customs are not subject to changes or cancellations as they are manufactured for each individual order.
